Notes: Another scorching hot day. Decided to try for a run (jog) and might've been a mistake - seemed to set back this sickness. Still, needed to get things done so headed to USPS to mail ecHQ pens to BCC in Boulder, Walmart for more items and Publix for some real food. Worked some then, took a nap and relaxed.
