Upgrade

Several years ago we had our kitchen cabinets and countertops replaced. We decided not to spend the money on granite counters but chose a nice laminate instead. I let the contractor convince me to put a corresponding color of laminate as backsplash. I almost immediately regretted it. So today we had this glass tile installed. This photo shows the beginning stages, but I love it. Taught me to go with my instinct and not always listen to the "experts".
