Flower Friday

I am hoping someone will identify this flower for me. It is growing at the neighbours but is peeking over the top of a 6ft fence, catching my eye each time I go to the garage.

With the thick woody stem, it seems unlikely to be a climber and in that case it is a tall shrub.  It is tucked in behind a row of camellias on the fence line,  and the neighbour thought it was something I was growing.

The individual florets are tubular and the whole flower has a strong smell - rather like that of the daisy family.

Neither of us can put a name to it - although that is pretty normal for me.
