Ashridge house

I have always admired this house in Ashridge from afar but today we had the chance to go in to it and it did not let us down. Spectacular rooms and a very interesting history. Had a guided tour led by a very informed volunteer all thanks to our Historic House Association card. The hallway in the centre was amazing and have also added another - a view from the courtyard
