Stars on the Earth Before us

My Resolution is broken "darn", but I will keep trying not to backblip any more. I saw this neat star layout before me, but you must be saying to yourself "these aren't stars", As I was walking through a parking lot, these ice balls lay, and there pattern was strange, quite strange I would say.
