Bright moment

Lots of communications this morning, starting at 6.13am!, to change our walk from a 3 hour walk across Keighley Moor to enjoy the heather to something a bit nearer to home and shorter due to the weather.

We had a few showers on this walk through Ravenroyd along the River Aire into Bingley but we also had some lovely moments of brightness. I loved the light here over the wier just before reaching Ireland Bridge so this is my blip for today.

You can see the mix of dark clouds and blue sky above the town.

We were also blessed with a brief sighting of four deer in the fields approaching Ravenroyd.

The weather has continued the same all day. Lovely sunshine but some very heavy downpours, luckily non of those caught us out this morning.
