Black-tailed skimmer

A visit to the Burton and Chingford Ponds reserve in West Sussex.Conditions were less than ideal for dragonflies with rain showers and high winds but there were quite a few dragonflies around, mostly brown and southern hawkers and black-tailed skimmers.
