Head wreck

I spend many an evening at the Cork house with my pencil and rubber working on the Off Duty Rota. 30 midwives, Nursery Nurses, Care Assistants, Post Grad student Midwives, Intern Midwives, Student Nurses all working different hours per week, requests, day shifts, night shifts, skill mix, being fair. Total Head wreck!!!
