Century

My wife is now training with me fo GOBA (Great Ohio Bike Adventure) in June 2009. I bought her a trainer for her bike yesterday so she can begin her preperation for our 75 miles a day, for 7 days....

I am trying to build up to do my first century ride (100 miles/same day) on this trip as well.


I hate working on the training- I love to ride on the road, but with 10 inches of snow...
