Pattern

Life is taking on a distinct pattern of immersive, fascinating but all-encompassing work travel followed by hectic, indulgent and office- and friend-filled stints at home. Although the two halves of life feel poles apart and it's weird adjusting between the two, it's certainly never boring, and I feel very fulfilled by life's experiences and constant learning.

Breakfasts with this one are an absolute staple of the home stints. Fritters, eggs and lattes. I don't know anyone who absorbs information, quotes, snippets and tidbits as well as Elizabeth. She is a delightful repository, always providing smart insights and interesting perspectives. The Queen of the Snippet is also a relentless blip stalker who has dabbled in the past.
