Crabbing

We woke to blue skies and sunshine, still a bit windy but warm. We took the tent down, the boys laid on it to stop it blowing away and I packed the car. We headed into St. Andrews and parked near the harbour so we could go crabbing. Sabrina's boys hadn't done it before and loved it. All the boys caught lots of big crabs so it was a big success.
We then had a picnic lunch and headed up to the cathedral. The boys enjoyed spotting the oldest grave and youngest death, as well as lying in tombs! :-o
We then found the best sweetie shop for bags of sweeties and vice creams. We wandered along to the Old Course to play putting - I love that the putting green cost £4 for the 6 of us when it costs a fortune to play in the actual Old Course golf course.
We were starving after all that so headed to the cafe over the golf museum for cream scone and tea.
Bumped into Lorna and kids then headed back along past the castle to the car. We drove home and the others headed back to the camp site.
A top day out!
