Flower Friday ~ Handmade

I thought I had a few good shots of the purple sage that is starting to bloom. When I looked at them I wasn't happy. 

It is getting to be dinnertime and I don't want to go back out, so my flower is a needle point pillow Tony's mom made for us many years ago. 

Anyone that has done any kind of hand work can appreciate the hours that went into stitching this. 

I am grateful that we have so many things that our parents made for us over the years.
