Portobello Beach

The sun was out; the beach beckoned but by the time we got there it was raining. Mr P was turfing *  which gave me lots of time to wander with my camera. Found loads of interesting shots but liked these chimney pots best. 

* Turfing  - a game app on his phone which is a cross between simple chess and digital orienteering. He has been wandering Edinburgh claiming "turfs" .  Blipper Corvid Fiesta is responsible for Mr P getting into this new craze and they seem to spend their time claiming turfs from each other.  Never mind, it keeps him out of trouble and is doing wonders for his step count. Usually over 20,000 per day. If you are tempted to investigate the game , note that it is really only possible in Scotland, The North and London.
