Spelling robot

It turns out the easiest way to get Sophia to do her spelling homework is to build a robot out of cushions and let her hide inside with her sister. Then we shout out words, listen out whilst Em repeats the word in a robot voice and eventually there is a beeping noise and out pops a book with a word written on it. Convoluted maybe, but surprisingly effective.
