Update about my grey Tommy

Update Tommy:
As some of you know (and see the other updates below) the issues of Tommy's "poop problem" is partly medical and partly behavioural. The fact that his poop looks so different during the day and also is watery and smells terrible now and than etc is probably because of nerve damage in combination with the fact that his outside sphincter is quite slack. The fact that he sometimes doesn't poop in his cage for hours (!) is behavioural, but we (me and Dr. Yvonne van Zeeland) still don't really know what is the cause... but we both now know it started when he got his new cage from Villa Filou. Things IN his cages changed ... and today I decided to put some old stuff back from his other cage hoping this will help him being more comfortable in his cage. I still keep up a weekly diary for dr. Yvonne. She is the best... the contact with her via email is almost daily. She is so very busy but takes the time for her patients whenever needed. I know.. because when she diagnosed my RIP sennie Mickey with Cushings she was there for me daily.
I am getting somewhat frustrated because there isn't a solution for Tommy. But he isn't sick so I have to keep on hoping he will be okay for lots and lots of years!
