Food for All

A frustrating day with my dad. We're trying to get him medication to help ease his Rheumatoid Arthritis. But there seem to be several systems to getting there and none easy to sort out from the patient's viewpoint. 

We'd apparently missed an appointment, but had no notification of it, more bloods were taken as certain tests had been missed from last time. Add in my dad's Dementia for extra complexity and we're going no where! We're back at the hospital on Monday afternoon, fingers crossed we can move some way forward.

I managed some time to myself this morning before all this and loved watching the young Goldfinches feed on the seeds from these flower heads.
