Pacific Blue

Four days after leaving the mountains and crossing the continental divide T and I made it to the coast. Looking back through my blips I've posted a related photo from this beach some time ago. I guess it is one of our favorites because it is out of the way and most tourists don't find it.  (We don't consider ourselves tourists despite our out of state tags because I grew up just 40 miles from here). The fresh air was wonderful and I tried to soak it in to prepare myself for the hurly-burly of teaching inland for the next 9 months. Quite a wonderful day. There was not much traffic despite the impending total eclipse and it being a weekend on the cost.
