I am feeling a bit better today .... still a way to go though before I am feeling 100%. I went up to the loch this morning to see how I coped with a couple of circuits ... a bit slow but otherwise no problems. My breathing still rattles a bit but I much prefer that to a head full of mince!

Hoping to go to Edinburgh with L tomorrow to soak up some of the Festival experiences without having to spend a great deal of money.
