Sir Saint Mo Farah has won his last track race in Birmingham this evening - no gold involved, but he romped home first with consummate ease in the 3000 metres...

So many of us love this man for his dedication, determination & sheer guts. And it's obvious that he loves us in return. He's a real gentleman.

Hope to see him soon in the Great North Run & many future marathons...
