Shadowplay

Didn't take many pics today, so here is Léo relaxing in the jardin.
Up early for a swim and then a walk , and then did 21km quite slow but was tough, spent rest of afternoon relaxing in the garden with a beer.
This week has been 3 runs, 3 fitness and 2 yoga.
