Journey Through Time

Hmmm. Sounds like the Presidential debate to me.

The human body is able to tolerate a limited range of temperature...50 to 90 F is about that range. Today is 70F, right in the middle. It is perfect. Nothing wrong with the middle. I like the middle. I've always been able to be on the fence and see both sides. I dislike extremes in government (far right, far left) and feel countries should be governed in the "middle". Actually, I heard that somewhere and it sounded good to me. The middle is a lovely place to live...middle America, Middle Earth, in the middle of nowhere or maybe the middle of the city. And if you keep saying middle, middle, middle long enough, it becomes a very silly word. But, fair to middlin' is a good place to be. As a girl who lived a different kind of life in the 1950's, I strived very hard to be average. That sounds silly, but I think it's true.

The ironing board is up, clothes are waiting, so I best get to it. There will be Beach Blips Wednesday (the middle of the week), Thursday and Friday as we are headed to Cannon Beach and environs for our 42nd wedding anniversary. Not bad for a couple who met on New's Years Eve of 1969 and got married September 26, 1970. We barely knew each other, really.

Hope your day is above average, however. See ya later.
