Ruffled water in mono

We pass this catamaran often as we drive along the coastal highway and during the winter with the tide in there has often been a really special light and the water is like a mill pond.
Today, the tide is in but there is the tiniest of breezes and the water is ruffled.
It was sunny though and that was the main thing.
