Winters Best Friend ... Umbrellas

This is part of the City of Perth's Winter arts season, we went into the City to see this display of colourful umbrellas on Hay street near London Court, as if on cue the rain came down as we travelled in by train, something we don't do everyday, it was quite a novelty for us, despite the rain we enjoyed our trip into the City.
