Poor Nellie club foot

It's not slowed her down much. She cut her paw, possibly on some glass, on the beach on Saturday. A trip to the emergency vets Saturday arvo and some anti biotics and on we go.

Took an age to pack up. We like a bit of comfort when we camp so have tables and chairs and candle lanterns and string lights etc in the awning but it does mean it all his to go back in somewhere! Toby made really good friends with the little boy in the neighboring tent and had a chat with his parents this morning. They said how lovely and well behaved Toby and Eva were which is always nice to hear!

Spent a couple of hours on Runton beach followed by fish and chips for lunch. Currently on the long slow journey home. Two very tired and noisy kids in the back. Possibly Gerty's last outing for this year. Not been a good year for camping
