Don't count sheep ..... count chimneys!

A brief visit to Scotland's capital city to soak up some of the 'on street' Fringe entertainments before visiting an art exhibition in one of the small galleries.

So many people from all corners of the world moving en masse up The Royal Mile, down The Mound, through Princes Street Gardens and along Princes Street. My stamina was at a low ebb so I came home leaving L and her friend Julie to visit the Book Festival.

I just had to include the second extra that I spotted on the railings at the top of Princes Street Gardens ..... hope the passers by took heed!
