Wet and Windy

It was a bit dull this morning. Couldn't resist taking this shot of a commuter on the Bridge. Rare that no others are in the shot.

I have a challenge this week to take a picture using a lens effect. I am not allowed to alter the image in any way... it must be straight from camera JPG exactly as shot... no contrast, brightening, cropping, rotating etc.

This might be a candidate... :)
