Edinburgh Day 3

Today Jenny and I headed over to the city to meet #2 and #3 daughters for lunch. (The blip is the restaurant, Continis.)They were having a sisters day out at the book festival. It was great to have the opportunity of conversation minus the children.

We went to a talk about the history and current situation of surveillance. Interesting - and disturbing stuff. Then we met Arclight and Alf outside the signing tent for what is hopefully going to be an annual meet, to have a quick catch up before Helsinki.

Daughters went off to another talk - Jenny and I had intended to go to the Beyond Caravaggio exhibition but we hadn't left enough time, so we headed for our separate trains home.
