Loch a’ Choire Ghranda
The forecast promised a fine day, and despite the early mist on the hills, we parked at Inverlael and cycled up to the edge of the forest. It was hard work in the sun. The path up the glen by the River Lael is very scenic and you gain height without much effort. We got into the mist and it was really odd as it was warm and there were hints of blue as we headed towards Cona’ Mheall. As we traversed below a wee top the mist cleared and we got the view south east, and that is my blip. We went up Cona’ Mheall and the view was great, so we had managed to tick off another Munro leaving us with 15 Munros and Tops to see the view from. We came back over Meall nan Ceapraichean and Eididh nan Clach Geala from where the extra looking over the Whitbread Wilderness was taken.
Yesterday’s blip.
