Blue Moon Eclipse

Well, yes, I know it was a Solar Eclipse, but it looks like a crescent moon, doesn't it? This is the shadows created by the sunlight shining through the tree on a blue barrel in my garden. All I could look at was the shadows, as I didn't have any special Eclipse glasses, but it was still pretty cool, I thought. It was weird being outside in the middle of the day and watching it get darker as if it was going to rain but not a cloud in the sky!
We didn't get the full effect this time because we weren't in the "Path of Totality" in Texas, but we will be during the next one in 2024. Anyone want to come for a visit?
