Converting

Up early for a budget meeting in Oxfordshire.  Wasted most of the day for barely quarter of an hour discussion, I was not impressed.

However, I was able to finally get this blip.  Some cheeky monkey has been converting the traffic islands in Thame to become Minions.  Very clever and very funny!  I saw a new one today, so I shall blip that in the future.
