My friend gave me this mug for my birthday, and I love it! By this point in the story I was beginning to realise the extent of my problems following the faulty McAfee update. I was feeling very black about the whole situation, and it turned out that in this instance my pessimism was spot on.

This is my favourite song to play at full volume when I'm angry! It seemed quite appropriate for my unbelievably frustrating telephone conversations with McAfee's tech staff who just didn't seem to be listening to what I was actually saying!
