Got myself a new DSLR for a forth-coming Photography Day at the Highland Wildlife Park, Kincraig. My existing 12-year-old DSLR has been playing up and a couple of camera shops said it wasn't worth repairing. I had been thinking about an upgrade anyway, so I decided to bite the bullet. All I needed was an opportunity to go out and have a 'play' with it.

Thankfully, living relatively near the Falkirk Wheel, I decided to pop over there one evening and use that for my 'familiarisation' with the various settings. As one might expect, some photos came out better than others - this was one of the better ones. (well, in my opinion anyway!)
