What a difference a day makes.

Well! today is totally different from yesterday. Whereas yesterday it was all sunny and bright, today you can hardly see the other side of the firth.
I took this picture from our upstairs bedroom window of one of the five yachts that are moored in the Firth. It's been very wet and very windy all day. It started with us at 6.30pm yesterday and steadily got worse. You can make out the far shore, but apart from white mist, there is no colour. This is the tail end of Hurricane Nadine, so we were told on the weather forecast. Hopefully it will be gone in another 24 hours. I see it has caused a lot of flooding and other problems down south. Let's hope everybody survives the storms!
