Everything is Black & White ...oh yes & Red

Arm still very painful & so C took me to the Haemophilia Centre so they could assess the problem. They believe that the Ulnar nerve in my arm has been badly affected by some kind of Trauma ( that I can't remember doing) but now the Bleed is controlled it should clear up as long as I take it easy for a few days & keep taking the tablets...so fingers crossed that it does indeed clear up.

These last few days my blip mojo has been badly affected.It has been difficult to take a picture especially as it had to be one handed....so today's is a bit boring but the best I can do.

Hopefully when the pain eases I'll be back 100%.

Its been a cloudy old day but mild....
