A sideways look

The gears of reality were definitely not meshing today. At one point I had a vision of how it was five years ago, the last time we put the NHS through this kind of full-on change. Too many wars being fought on too many different fronts as it were. The Dizzle and TSM were similarly overburdened and working at home tonight so I pottered around cleaning up and making other people drinks and supper. Then went and lay on the bed and fell asleep.

On the plus side I did discover that if you toss last night's chips in a frying pan and cook them up on a high heat for a couple of minutes they are delicious.
