Forbidden

Emily made these wonderful cup cakes last night - and I can't have one! Not because she says she won't give me one but I'm on a strict diet and this would be sinning beyond my wildest tastebuds. Very tempted but my strength has held out - so far. Running weight loss total is 10lb in 3 weeks so pretty chuffed.....and lighter
