Oh dear Rufus.

Today was a long and hard day and I was there to hold and comfort you. This is probably one of the hardest things I have ever done.

I grew up in a family that had pets so I have lost many along the way and I have lost a lot of human friends too, but I was not prepared for this.

Rufus was my special sweet friend and loved by all those that knew him.
I love you Rufus. You will be missed forever.
