Hound worship

Our local branch of the Hermetic Order of Dog Worshippers are still very much in evidence. Today members of the cult have placed a voluminous bag, filled with votive offerings, on a make-shift altar high on the dunes, facing east, directly into the rising sun. They are to be thanked for sharing their beliefs and for making this beautiful place just a little more spectacular.
