This scoops the prize for best ice cream van!

Tomorrow I'm going to Shrewsbury Folk Festival for the long weekend. As the band are leading some of the music sessions I was able to get onto the camping field today (the day before it starts). I always take advantage of this offer as the site's really busy on Friday with people trying to find camping spaces.

I got a great spot between the main festival area and the facilities and set the tent up. I'm next to some friendly people of a similar age so I think that they'll be good neighbours.

As I only live 20 miles from Shrewsbury I have come home for a night of comfort before returning to the tent tomorrow. As I was driving out I spotted this beautiful old ice cream van. It wasn't open for business today but I'll probably treat myself to one during the weekend.

I won't be able to blip while I'm away but will catch up when I get home.
