A Summer's Day

at last. 

Anthea (above) and I have a 50km bike ride on 3rd September in Yorkshire. We haven't had nearly as much practice as we should have. We keep waiting for good weather and putting off our rides when  it's too wet, windy, cold, dull, cloudy etc. That seems to have been most of the days this month.

I would have said that we are fair weather cyclists, and we are, but then I found this picture (extra) taken in exactly the same place back in March. I think it proves that we do sometimes go out when the weather isn't perfect.Maybe going out in the cold seems right in March but not in August!! 

We did 35km today :-))))
