Patience required

I kept the children last night and again this morning, and I marvel at Bella's kindness toward Evan, her patience, her willingness to wait for him, lift him, help him, listen to him, encourage him, tickle him, talk to him.... She is a marvel of patience and loving affection, and as you might expect, he adores her.

Sue's last plane was delayed again, but it is in the air now, heading for Portland. I am trying to practice the kind of patience I see in Bella.
