After Karate

The boys do karate on a Tuesday after school but today Gulliver's back was hurting so he sat with me, this is Sarah who is also a blipper although we'd been chatting for weeks befoore we realised we were both at it, her lovely children are Amy and James and all our kids do some sort of sport on a Tuesday along with mutual friend Jo and family which is how Sarah and I met...
I look forward to Tuesday afternoons, it's always lovely to see Sarah and Jo, today we were reminiscing about the food of the 70's, fray bentos pies, instant whip, butterscotch angel delight, findus crispy pancakes etc etc!
Aparently I must watch the great British bake off at 9pm!
