Daffodil day

..and especially poignant this year. I spent the morning with a friend the same age as my daughter in the chemo ward while she had her treatment, while yesterday a very good friend lost her battle.  Both are very special. So lovely to see so many daffodils and lots of yellow everywhere in town, bringing hope to so many. 
The double daffodil in my blip is from a packet my daughter gave me earlier in the year.  I'm not sure about some of these newer varieties but the pot is certainly looking lovely as more are opening.
