Egret at the Seaside

The tide was out at Dungarvan (see extra) and I was happy to use the long lens again. The water birds were lining up to dig in the mud and seaweed. We arrived here to cycle along the coast on the recommendation of our ex colleague, Crona, whom we met in Youghal where she now teaches. It was great to see her after 10 years. The "craic" was great in the pub, even though we had to really concentrate to understand her accent again! Today, we had no rain for the first time on this trip and we leave Ireland tomorrow...(which is now today!)
