The Knee's Peas
First Aid measure were required yesterday. We had made sandwiches for lunch and walked up to take the bus to Crail then walked back along the coastal path to Cellardyke. We were almost almost back Cellardyke when I turned my ankle on a rabbit hole. I have such a rubbish sense of balance that I was unable to catch myself and just kept on pitching... landing flat on my face, fully spraining my ankle and banging my knee and hand in the process.
I was extremely annoyed as we were due to stroll down to Anstruther later for our dinner. In the event, with the aid of the peas and some strong strapping, I managed to get to our meal... though it was a very slow stroll that we took.
