Flower Friday: Daisies

It was Josh's funeral today and these daisies are from the gardens where the ceremony was held.

Quite a few hundreds of people attended and it was a very emotional day. Josh was a special fellow and touched a lot of people who all came to remember the good times and to celebrate his life.

My J volunteered to be a pall bearer and to get up and say a few words about his friendship with Josh. It took its toll as the reality of it all seemed to hit him and he was very upset poor dear love. I just spoke to him on the phone (10pm) and he says he's fine now and looking forward to our normal Saturday together and to have me coming for dinner too.
