Puppies

I visited my friend today who's dog had 11puppies four weeks ago. Unfortunately 3 died soon after they were born but the other eight are doing so well. Little bundles of fun. Mum Annie is very proud of her litter. I could so easily have said I'll take one. I think I'll be in trouble if I did though.
I had a steroid injection in my hand today. Fingers crossed it will stop the pain. Having other hand injected in two weeks. I spent nearly 20 mins in with Dr. Unheard of these days. He was wanting to hear all about my channel swim then he started telling me about where his dad used to swim. Was a nice visit to the Dr.
Had a little surprise popped in the post to me today. Made my day. I think I've worked out who sent it. It's a Swimming hat with HAPPY ENGLISH CHANNEL SWIMMER on it. I truly am :)
