Dad and his Fire Engine

A belated birthday day out for Dad at Hollycombe Working Steam Museum. He has a real fire engine (bronto skylift) for reasons best known to himself :) so I couldn't resist this photo.

Had a good day - there was plenty of entertainment for toddlers, grandfathers and parents with a Edwardian steam powered fairground, steam trains (including a minature railway) other models and a lovely picnic area. Think we got one of the last hot days of the summer too!
