Flower power

Car alarm outside was going off the entire night long so a slept badly and woke up in a grump.
Coping skills group then rushed home to check my emails and thankfully I had a reply saying that I would be able to get into the chemistry lecture that was full which was a huge relief!
Flower arranging in the afternoon : two new faces Kim and Ahmed.
Yoga and then hug and pint with dad.
