Wild West

I am back blipping this because yesterday was such a full on day that we didn't get to our hotel until 11pm and I just crashed out.

We started with another visit to Arches National Park which was really hot. Then we drove to Monument Valley where we had an evening drive around the park, arriving back at our vehicle after dark.  The scenery was truly amazing.  The escorted 4WD tour took us off the normal tourist road into the heart of Navaho country where so many Westerns were filmed.   

Once again there were loads of images to choose from and very little time but this one taken at the end of the day after sunset sums up the atmosphere.
